My name is Danielle, I am from the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California, and was born and raised to be a California girl. I love living in the mountains, living in a small vacation town. People come here to go camping, and think it's a peaceful place to relax. We, however, love to go out, ride quads, get our trucks dirty and go out in the woods and get lost (sometimes).
My life, revolves around the love of my life, my dog, Amelia. I got her as a little tiny puppy and my life has never been the same! I got her as a seven and a half week old puppy, and have chronicled her life, month by month, here on this blog. I take a lot of photos of her, because she will not stay a puppy forever! Already, she has grown up so much. It's been over 3 years since my life changed that day, and she still think's she's a small lapdog, even at 85 pounds now.
While there is no set "theme" for my blog, it really is just a documentation of my life. You'll find a lot about my dog on here. I also dabble in several kinds of crafts whether it be smashbooking, junk journaling, Pocket Letters, or creating things to put vinyl on with my Silhouette. I do knit occasionally, mainly for myself, or the rare person that enjoys my knitting. I am a selfish knitter, however, as I have found there is a lot of people out there that don't seem to appreciate the time it takes to make a handmade gift. I love technology, games, and anything Japanese!
